Bootcamp
So I started attending a fitness boot camp back in May. Love it, finally feel like I am getting back into shape after the kiddo's. I have lost some weight but the majority of difference I have seen is in the fit of my clothes. We do track our progress with measurements and weight and I have lost a total of 21 inches!! I have gone down 2 clothing sizes!!! I am now addicted to going...never thought I would say that but I love the energy I have after working out. I feel motivated and challenged by the trainers, no getting bored with these workouts!!!

How to begin this crazy journey?!
Ok so here goes my first attempt at this blogging thing that everyone seems to be totally awesome at. Hopefully anyone that happens upon this blog appreciates my effort at least.
I love my children don't get me wrong but there are days I want to totally lock myself in the bedroom and not come out for at least 4 hours of peace. Who am I kidding they will stand at the door and cry or ask me crazy questions anyways. I should be used to by now but having one child and jumping to three is quite the adjustment for anyone. Love my little munchkins but the twins are a handfull and they have learned how to terrorize people at this point!
I have been attempting to do the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, notice I did say attempting. My self motivation just sucks...there is no other way of saying it. I have done 3 days then lost 4 days somewhere...must get back on track....yes, for the shred to work you must participate! I will get back on that horse and continue on, motivation is the summer is around the corner and me in a bathing suit is pretty scary.
